Holiday Expedited Shipping

-We are offering expedited shipping for the 2024 Christmas Season
-Please note that if you use our regular free shipping, if you order after December 18th, 2024 you many not get your items by Christmas depending on where you live
-If you pay the expedited shipping, we will ship your item via UPS 2nd-day air
-If you order by end of day, on Friday, December 20, 2024, then you should be able to receive your item before Christmas
-Please understand that we cannot control delays with our carriers; we always do our best to get orders out quickly; if you paid expedited shipping and your item does not arrive by Christmas, we will be happy to refund the fee you paid for expedited shipping
-Please understand that we cannot control our carriers delivery times, but we do use the best practices possible to make it happen


Shipping FAQ

-We strive to ship all items within 1-business day of when the order is received
-Daily cut-off is 2-pm; orders processed after that time will go out the next business day
-Business days are Monday-Friday
-We ship with USPS and UPS based on our discretion
-Any items shipped with Amazon Buy With Prime, will be shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers within prime date targets
-We will be happy to replace any lost packages at our expense, provided the tracking shows they were not delivered
-You will receive a tracking # when your order is dispatched; be sure to check  your spam folder if you are not getting your tracking updates
-Remember to whitelist tksnew2stgstg.wpengine.com and Joytrust Inc. so our communications don’t end up in your spam
-We are always here to answer any questions you have about tracking
-Our fulfillment/return center is located in Ruston, LA; you will have this address on your labels
-We do ship internationally, but have to charge a nominal fee for shipping; shipping charges will be shown upon checkout
-We currently cannot send any TKS products to: China, Singapore Russia, Ukraine
We cannot currently send the Tazzapper to: Germany or Switzerland
