You must have a valid business EIN with the IRS and a resale certificate (where required by state law). You should have a physical storefront or a business website that is setup to take credit card payments.
For Wholesale Orders, you must order at least $250 or more.
You will need to pay for an order in full before we ship it out.
Unlike our retail site, there is a charge for shipping orders. Most orders average around a $37 charge. However, it depends on the order quantity and weight.
All products have the TKS branding on them by default since we are the makers of the products. We can remove our branding upon request for an additional fee per item. Also, if you want to purchase your own heat shrink with your branding from our supplier , Deem, with your branding we can attach your branding. Deem normally has a minimum order requirement of 2K heat shrinks. Please note that these services may require extra processing time (up to several weeks) and may delay the shipment of your wholesale order.
Current cost to remove our branding or add yours per item: $1.00 (as of 9-25-26).

We have a product warranty on all of our products within reasonable limits. If you get a defective product, we will either replace it or credit your account depending on what works for you. Feel free to accept any returns of defective products from your customers and we will take care of it. Your customers can also deal with us directly for replacement etc. if they like. All wholesale accounts are backed by our awesome customer service!
Our dropship program for small retailers is ending on Sept. 30th, 2026. We are no longer accepting new dropship customers prior to that day for sites generating under $5k in sales per month in similar category items. If you meet this criteria, we are open to discussing enterprise level dropshipping for your business. Approval will be subject to an interview and site audit/voluntary sales review.
