-Expedited Shipping may be offered for faster shipping of items during busy times of the year
-If you pay the expedited shipping, we will ship your item via UPS 2nd-day air
-Please understand that we cannot control delays with our carriers; we always do our best to get orders out quickly; if you paid expedited shipping and your item does not arrive by the stated date, we will be happy to refund the fee you paid for expedited shipping
-Please understand that we cannot control our carriers delivery times, but we do use the best practices possible to make it happen
-We strive to ship all items within 1-business day of when the order is received
-Daily cut-off is 2-pm; orders processed after that time will go out the next business day
-All of our packages ship discretely, they will come from "Joy Holding Corp." in a generic package
-Business days are Monday-Friday
-We ship with USPS and UPS based on our discretion
-Any items shipped with Amazon Buy With Prime, will be shipped from Amazon fulfillment centers within prime date targets
-We will be happy to replace any lost packages at our expense, provided the tracking shows they were not delivered
-You will receive a tracking # when your order is dispatched; be sure to check your spam folder if you are not getting your tracking updates

We are responsible for sending all orders in good faith to the address you provide and assume you are an actual retail customer (not a wholesaler, dropshipper, or retail arbitrage agent).
If you are working with a freight forwarder", or someone who is purchasing an order from our retail site in order to drop ship to another customer domestically in the U.S., or overseas, then you are acting more as a wholesale agent rather than a true retail customer and our standard shipping, return, and customer service policies, do not apply in your particular case.
If you are having your order sent to a freight forwarder, our responsibility ends once your shipment arrives at the address you provided in your order. You will need to take the risk of making sure it gets to your end-customer. We may deny a return, refund or other retail perks in this situation. If we allow you to make a return, we can subtract up to a 20% restock fee plus any fees we incurred in the shipping process.
If you would like to become a dropship partner with us, we encourage you to apply to our wholesale program instead. This is the proper venue for these types of order and will lower your overall cost and risk.
