After a purchase, our company or our review partner company (CustRev) will send you a request for item reviews. If you choose to leave a review, you can choose to include your entire name, only first name, first name last initial, or be anonymous. You can always come back and edit your review as well. However, the review becomes the property of our company regarding the product and we may use this on our different sales channels.

We also may send you an email asking about your product experience. Your reply can be used as a review. We will list your first name and last initial unless you specify otherwise. We will not list your review if you ask us not to. We will honor any requests to take down any of these reviews and will not disclose any personal identifying information.

Your review may also be used on other sales platforms as well to promote the product you reviewed. We will not disclose any of your private order information though, we will only disclose what you willingly typed in the product review. We generally, have an open policy regarding reviews whether positive or negative, however reviews that are spam, defaming, not authentic, abusive or threatening, or contains personally identifiable information, will not be posted.

Negative Reviews Are Responded To

We make every effort to promote a fair customer review system and encourage customers to share their experiences. Due to the changing behavior of how customers use reviews, we are finding that most customers do not make a review unless there is a problem with the product or service. Most customers today, due to many emails or busy schedules, will forget to change a negative review even when we have resolved the issue in their favor.

In a case where a customer leaves a negative review and has not previously reached out, we will reach out to them to solve the issue which may include a refund, exchange or replacement. If the issue has been solved then the negative review may be removed by us.
